Irishman Capt Harry de Courcy-Wheeler had the unenviable task of receiving the Surrenders of his fellow countrymen, Padraig Pearse, James Connolly, Michael Mallin, Countess Markievicz and Thomas MacDonagh. His grandson, Alex Findlater has researched his grandfather's papers in the National Library and in the family archive. They have been collated into this informative booklet.
