John A Goodchild (1851 - 1914) was a physician, antiquarian and poet. This epic narrative poem by him, an apparent autography of Teia Tephi the Hebrew princess who became Queen of Gibraltar and Ireland in the sixth century BC, is based on translations of ancient Irish manuscripts by Standish O' Grady, Whitley Stokes and others.
