In South Dublin, a group pf residents mobilised to resist the rezoning of their area for office use. Since 1968, the Upper Leeson Street Area Resident's Association (ULSARA) has fought successful campaign to preserve the residential character of its neighbourhood. This book tells the association's story. It also tells how the South Dublin suburb developed and outlines the challenges for the future.
